As your Agent, I will keep a close watch on all Greater Victoria listings, attending weekly agent meetings, where new properties are ‘Presented’. Your ‘dream property’ could be one of these. I have a specialized computer search program that scans the MLS system every hour to ensure that you have the most up to date advantage on new listings and price changes within your search criteria. For your convenience, this computerized program can be set-up to email you directly. If you do not have email, I will personally review each property that meets your criteria and notify you immediately.
Before making an offer, I will provide you with important information about the property, its neighborhood, utilities, zoning issues, and future plans for development nearby. Most importantly, I can represent you in the emotionally charged negotiating process, to ensure you get the best deal and terms for your money. I love the negotiating stage!
Once the purchase contract is signed, the real work begins. There are many deadlines and inspections to coordinate and deal with, so that the sale closes on the desired date.
