Born and raised in Victoria has given me a full understanding of this market area. I am a real ‘people person,’ who is highly motivated with a strong background in business. With the relationships I have developed over the years in this market, I have gained experience in different areas that have provided me with opportunities that are beneficial in all areas.

I am very fortunate to have a healthy family and have been with my wife for over 14 years. We have two children, Jessika 11 and Alexander 8. My wife and I are very involved with there different needs. My wife enjoys being a Domestic Engineer and because of her, we have the opportunity to assist our kids in all areas. Alexander’s main focus outside of school is hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. Jessika’s main focus outside of school is gymnastics, gymnastics and gymnastics. She has been a gymnast since she was 3 years old and is now a competitive gymnast for 6 years.

I am very proud of my competitive background in sports, and business, it has made me an effective team player and the reason I strive for perfection. I played through all the ranks of soccer which includes ‘Gorge Soccer’, ‘Metro’, and ‘British Columbia Select’ teams as Goalkeeper. My biggest highlight in soccer is when I represented Canada playing in Holland and England.. During the past 15 years I have owned and operated three businesses, and have nine years of banking experience. I worked in many positions through the local Financial Institutions. My last position, before entering the Real Estate market as a realtor, was a Business Development Manager with Community Savings Credit Union. My role was to build relationships in the Victoria market with developers, business and personal Victoria residents. I have over 9 years experience in Finance. This includes Investments and Lending. The past 6 years I was focusing on the lending side. I have helped finance, (Condo’s, townhouses, houses, mobile homes, resorts, commercial properties, land construction and developments)! I am very fortunate with my sports, business, and finance background! It has given me a wide knowledge base of experience to be more effective in the Real Estate Market.

I like to give back in many areas, one area is local sports. I have various responsibilities with Victoria Minor Hockey, helping with coaching. player development and I am a board director, which is a year round activity. In the spring, I am also involved with my sons’ lacrosse team. My wife is involved with my daughter’s gymnastics; this allows us as a family, to contribute in many areas. We have been involved in local food drives and I have personally donated thousands of dollars to people in need around the world.

My belief in life and what I teach my children and the young athletes I am involved with are:
Whatever you put into life, is what you get out of it. Treat and respect everyone the way you would like to be treated and respected; and finally, whatever comes around, goes around. As long as we have our health and each other, everything else falls into place! Pretty simple!
